In order for our Studio to be a place for exchange of course we needed to include a space where people from all the different sections would meet. What better way to bond while eating delicious food that is also sustainable? Of the food produced globally, 40% is wasted or lost, while more than 800 million people go to bed hungry every day.
Of course not all the food will come from our greenhouse, that is impossible. But we want to make sure that we will promote sustainable production by only offering seasonal fruits and vegetables from regional, ecological farmers. To promote sustainable consumption we want to collaborate with supermarkets and Organizations like the Sustainable Food Movement in Greece or foodsharing in Germany to save still edible food from getting thrown away. And if there is any waste we want to compost it in order to help our plants in the greenhouse grow.

In our hub we would have small cantinas with organic vegan menu created by chefs.

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to share farm to table sustainable cuisine practices and receipts, suggestions for purchase and consumption of food products on a more biological/eco basis, and inform/educate people about crucial issues such as meat consumption and food loss.
